Make the watch-along with Aliens something that I can watch on my TV and I am there! Maybe YouTube Live Stream? Then people can comment and you can read and answer questions during the movie? And really, if it is doable, this would be an awesome feature for a bunch of your future movie picks for Story Smack!
I enjoy the Story Smack episodes!
A watch-a-long podcast for Aliens would be AWESOME! (Particularly poignant due to the unexpected death of Bill “Why don’t you put her in charge?” Paxton!
A YouTube Live or even brief FaceBook Live broadcast during a small portion (or introduction) would totally ROCK!
jokerdasWe’ll have to hook that up for Paxton. That’s a great ida.
For the love of all that is evil Sir FDO – Do this! Do it. Do it Nowwwwwwww!
Fuck yes to the Aliens watch-with-y’all fest. Also, American Werewolf in London: a must-do on Story Smack. John Landis & Rick Baker; this movie is full of story-telling analysis & movie info & it just plain rocks.
Robin: We will have to schedule that up!
A strongly UPVOTED second on this. Good call Tracy!
Oh, FUCK YES. An FDØ/AKovacs watch-along rifftrak? There are no more ideas.
I would love an Aliens watch-a-long pod. It’s my all time favorite movie.
Heh, yeah, Rob Lowe. He’s fantastic as a sleezeball actor in Californication. Not a bad Netflix watch if you can get past how annoying David Duchovny and Natascha McElhone are. Great supporting cast and cameo appearances.
Johnny: I haven’t caught CALIFORNIACATION, but I’m not surprised Lowe is in it — that dude has been working non-stop since WAYNE’S WORLD to the point that I think one of the signs of the apocalypse is Rob Lowe being out of a job.
