The Chapuline, by Toby Maloney, for the Violet Hour in Chicago:

A grownup Grasshopper variation.

• 1 oz crème de cacao, 1 oz crème de menthe (the green stuff)
• 0.75oz Pisco, 1 oz heavy cream
• Shake in ice
• Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a single mint leaf
