Siglocktail 11-30-2020: St. Germain Cocktail

You guys, you guys you guys!!!! Today is Scott’s birthday, so we’re making a fave drink of his! (And we put up our Christmas Tree! Yay! And you can see just a bit of the Tiny Bar™!! in this video!)

Scott prefers good single malt scotch, or Bud Light most of the time. (Yes, I know, no need to tell me there are better beers, it’s about what Scott likes, because today is his birthday!)

All that said, he has grown very fond of the St. Germain Cocktail because we can share it. (My fave cocktails are mostly all sparkling wine based!!) So if you enjoy this cocktail, send us a video at toasting for Sigler’s birthday!

Livestream is tomorrow at 6pm PST and we’ll be toasting with these. Feel free to make this one (send us pics here if you do!) but as ever, you drink whatever you like best, or nothing at all, no worries!

  • 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 2 ounces dry white wine or Champagne
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • Garnish: lemon peel

Mad Scientist Process of Assembly™:

  • Add the St-Germain and wine into a Collins glass over ice and stir.
  • Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a lemon peel on the surface of the drink.
