Nothing you can do
We've had almost no media coverage, zero advertising, and I delivered my audience in first-week sales. I did everything I could, including the video contest, the trailer, emails, etc. The bottom line is it's up to the publishers from here on out -- first week is done, and after their front-of-store campaign is done in two weeks they won't do anything else. That's just the way the biz works. About 16% of my listening audience is up for paying for the printed books, a number that is far lower than I had suspected.
