I Don't Get

Why people can't understand the concept of the narrative voice? It's not the author calling the female character a bitch or cunt, it's the fucking character you mongoloids. Are authors never supposed to have mysoginist villains (hint, he's the fucking villain! You're supposed to loathe him!) because some delicate flowers might get the vapors?
