From being a techtard

Turns out I was being an idiot - the formatting on Gmail made me think that I was getting multiple copies of the same email, but it was actually comment notification messages because I had unwittingly subscribed to a comment thread.

Sorry for the panic. (Please don't tell my boss or I might get tech-fired too! ;) )
