Ways for the next day not to suck:
All before bedtime:
1.) Pound some water.
2.) If you thought ahead, pound a bottle of sports drink.
3.) Pop some multis.
4.) a quick snack
5.) MORE WATER.
In the AM:
1.) Energy drink
2.) Another bottle of sports drink.
Or, you know, be smart enough not to drink that damn much in the first place (still trying to learn that one, though).
