Huge fan of the GFL series, well written and a fast pace full of action and quirkiness that is uniquely refreshing from today's authors. However, these covers make the GFL universe look like a children's cartoon rather than the high stake, crime filled, ruthless universe I picture when reading. Marketing these books to teenagers (12-15) may be logical when appealing to the masses from a publishing perspective, but does little for this junkie....(I will only speak for myself). Nevertheless, I will be purchasing them for my collection.
