But apparently only if you actually have some.

If I ever acquire any 'fiscal assets' I may attempt to hoard them only as something new and unusual for me.  Yet another thing that sounds all well and good, but if you've always been in the situation where you have more money going out than you have coming in; how do you ever get ahead?  Short of selling the kid, that is.
