I like it -- Kissyman is a very good noir char

I listened to this when it was on the feed.  I like it.  

In order to make tough, gritty noir work, you have to have a tough, grity noir character.

Kissyman definitely fits that bill.  Sigler's really done well with this twisted S.O.B. who still somehow manages to be the "good" guy, at least for certain definitions of good and if the money's right.
