Do you reckon all these formats for the all pro will be released at the same time or later on like the starter or is that really up to backmybooks, cause obviously you write the book but they do all the technical shizz, cheers

also ill add i dont think you can ship outside U.S. with backmybooks, unless you pay through paypal, im not sure but thats what appears to be
