Scott, OT, but… I pre-ordered Earthcore from Amazon when you first announced it (seems like years ago). Anyway, the book release came and went but I never received the book. An email exchange with Amazon revealed that they don’t actually have the book, but they’ll have after the new year. So I cancelled since I don’t want to wait that long. So, what merchant does have the book in stock? Also, are you still giving out CDs for people that have bought the book? P.S. Looking forward to Ancestor paperback. Regards Robert
