Craig - the summary list is great, but I can't cross people out as they get munched due to the nature of this medium. For example, 11,000 people have listened to Episode 2, but so far 5,500 people have listened to Episode 15 -- there's a gradual upward curve for the older episodes. People are listening to the story, but as people keep joining throughout the broadcast, they start on older episodes first. If I give away who dies with a "munched" character list, it spoils the suspense, methinks.
