It's not 100% relevant, but I can't help but being reminded of that story about the king who took a prisoner. But the prisoner said "wait! I'll tell you a story, if you delay my death." The King agreed, and the prisoner told the King a great story- except that the story didn't finish when the prisoner was done. And so, the King allowed the prisoner to live another week, at which point the prisoner could come back and tell a continuation of the story, and the prisoner was such a good storyteller he died of old age before he had a boring story. (Heh, no, that was not meant to be a threat. But I need my fix!!)
