I believe rko sums up my intentions quite well. Again, I apologize for being as blunt as I was. I was in a bad mood when I wrote my first post, and I've never been a very tactful person. I speak my mind, and I try to back up my arguments when I can. Thank you for finding my diction perfect Scott, it's quite flattering. That doesn't change the fact that my first language is German and English is only my second. I'm not using this as an excuse for what I wrote, as I stand behind it, and yes, I know exactly what I'm saying. What I don't know is how to properly express my point. I'm sure I would be better suited to write a scathing review of your novel of choice, and back it up with facts and research, if I did so in German. English, not so much. I pride myself on my skills in English, and if you heard me talking you'd probably think I'm American. But that doesn't change the fact that I think in German. I'm also primarily a reader and not a writer. I believe my name is of no real consequence, as I'm sure it would mean absolutely nothing to you and I try to keep my "real" and internet personas separate for privacy reasons. Let it be known simply that Kink Molière is an anagram of the name on my birth certificate. I've learned quite a bit in his thread. I'm not sure I can express my opinion any clearer than I've tried to until now. I do not deem to "know" what is original and what isn't. All I'm trying to do is express my definition. There are only a few dozen or so stories ever told, and they only started being original the first time someone based his or her story on them. Everything else since then has been refinement of the great topics. This might be a touch too (pseudo-)philosophical for some, but it rings true in my brain. Of course, that's where it came from so that's no surprise. It's been fun, it really has. Keep on rocking. Kink "The over-zealous troll" Molière
