I like the blue cover best. The muted colors look a lot better than the sharper ones on the bridge cover. As for the tunnel, it reminds me too much of F. Paul Wilson's Repairman Jack books (excellent reads, all). Those covers all feature Jack in shadow like that, so it just doesn't have the same sense of foreboding. YMMV, of course. -- The ways of the Lord are often dark but never pleasant.
