Honestly, it does nothing for me. I mean, I'll still buy it of course. Maybe if the "Infected" was at the top? Kind of off topic, but why do they (general publishing they, not your specific publisher) feel the need to put "A Novel" on the cover of books? I'm sure people are smart enough to realize when someone is a novel, as opposed to when it is not within the first few moments of reading.
