I mean if FRINGE was on FX it would have been a long term powerhouse. It seems when you place the word network program on a script intended for mature audiences CENSORS find a way to dumb it down (to wit) TERRA NOVA - if it were on FX every kid without a firearm would be dino-snacks by the end of the third episode!

SAM NEIL - nice man, good actor, has the ability to play the elder statesmen of any episodic show and he can play sinister very well.

JORGE GARCIA - oafish with masculinity. He makes BHM's look sexy, and he can deliver lines with sarcasm and warmth

SARA JONES - This fine young lady from Florida can play up or down in age - she also has had some experience playing the innocent it will be nice to see her stretch as an actress over the run of this show. Frequently the role of the street-wise cop is often predictable - I hope that JJ doesnt give us an Olivia Dunham clone running through this series

I am willing to bite off on the entire first season but I am not looking forward the mid season cliffhanger. FURTHERMORE this show premiering on a Monday and being given the commitment to stay there will be the proof in the pudding that FOX has faith in it like the 7 season powerhouse predecessor 24
