Been listening since 2007 but never commented.  Sry you didn't make the list.  Doesnt really matter.  I already shakedown my two kids for their lunch money every day on their way out to the bus to buy your cra-...literature.  Theyre getting pretty skinny, and if my wife ever catches me there'll be holy hell but it deosnt mean im going to stop mugging kids for book money.  I might go to prison someday but you'll have snagged a bunch more ppl by then so don't worry about the NYT.  at the rate you got us all hooked I think you're set for life as long as you don't put away the keyboard.  "More money snagging techniques than a gregarious pimp" indeed.  Indeed, sir, indeed.  Now if you'll excuse me I smell a toddler with 2 dollars and Ive got to go get my walloping stick and jump in the bushes.
