Washington, D.C.!

Come on ppl lets get the FDO to D.C.!  Are there any plans for postcards and other promo goodies?  I must have at least a card to go with my copy to complete the set...well except for earthcore.  Oh and Scott for when we buy Contagious which would be better for you career/promo-wise, buying the book on release day at the local shop, or getting it at your signing (for us poor shmucks who can only afford one)??
