a while back, Hutchinsss received a mystery package. It wasn't a briefcase though. Could this be some sort of failed copy-cat deal? From the picture, it looks like the lock only has three dials. If you don't already have the combo in hand, just pick it. You'd be surprised how easy those little locks are.
