  I still recommend that you write your own letter, but if you don't want to, now you have your choice of the one above or mine below. Notice what they have in common: a respectful tone. To be effective and get Scott on Stephen's show, we have to write intelligently and show respect for the person reading the letter. Insulting them will work contrary to our objective. This is important to remember because we are so used to insulting one another when we are in "Junkie mode." It works here and when dealing with Scott, but not so well when communicating in the "real" world.
