PLEASE tell me that Borderlands didn't do what it looks like

  Did they really place adhesive stickers on those autographed copies of Ancestor? If that's not sacrilege, I don't know what is. Defacing our FDO's work with a paltry sticker. Perhaps they had Pope Siglericus XXX's blessing. If not, General Siglerisimo should send in the plaid tanks.

  I owned a comic and gaming store for a while, so it always makes me cringe when I see stores putting stickers of any sort on collectible items. It instantly depreciates the value. Given the nature of this one, it might not, but my bet is that it does. I know I'd prefer it w/o one. Guess it's a good thing I bought mine long ago and will get it signed when I meet Scott on the 14th.

  It's not like any true junkie really needs a gorram sticker to know that the FDO lives near Borderlands and has likely signed the frakkin' book. And I'm betting they've jacked the price up a bit so it'd be obvious that way as well. Would it be that difficult to put a sign up instead? I know they've got a whole section of their store devoted to Sigler stank.
