I just died!

I am introduced on Page 236, killed on page 239, and confirmed dead on the bottom of page 240.  Mentioned again on page 245.  Still reading/savoring.

Thanks FDO, you did honor my one request for method of death in the book.  I was NOT killed by a drunken Santa Claus with a machine gun.  (I did that on a radio show once).

On a clear disk, you can seek forever.
