Yeah, I guess they will be *much* rarer after the tour

 Just seems like there are hardly any KISS badges right now. But if Scott kills 100 junkies that will make the badge much more common. There's only 4 active MPs on the site. I'm guessing it will be quite a while before we promote another, but you never know what the FDO will do.....
