Seriously?

Because promotion helps the cause?  Dude you have no idea how much promotion was going on.  Yeah you had those other podcasters there, and it was great, but they all told their listeners just as I spread the word to the podcasts I work with.  Granted it was cool to see my friends and peeps I knew only online when it came down to it they were there for Scott not me.  Just as the other bigger podcast listeners were there for Scott not the others.  If that were the case, that they were there for the other podcasters it would have been more prudent to go to Balticon where most of those people go every year.

Oh wait, logic, sorry, shouldn't have pulled that out, unfair fight :) 

I say all this as someone who mostly got into Sigler because Mur Lafferty and the other podcasts at the time would not shut up about Earth Core, so I finally broke down and took a listen.  I drove from Canada to NY for (work, family stuff &) the Stank Tour, then drove down that night to DC.  Not because the other podcasters would be there (at the time I only knew Mur was going to be there) but because I missed last year's Stank Tour and... because I could.  Wouldn't you do the same?
