I sympathise with you Flashman, I preordered on Amazon ages ago and my copy seems to be in limbo. No one will tell me whats going on. I started to cry. Then I realised it's amazons fault. Then I realised it's the worlds fault and that someone in the UK distribution chain must be made to pay. Pay hard. I am thinking of a limb for each day the book fails to turn up.

FDO - The UK needs sanction to kick some ass - please advise.
