Get Some Rest...

Get some rest and then get you ASS over to this side of the pond.  If you are going to take over the world you must start in the "Old World".  I'm pretty sure we junkies can put you and the Queen up every night somewhere throughout Europe. 

 (And hell I can't even get a response about when your book is actually coming out in the UK as your publisher won't answer and keeps telling the book companies something different all the time! So don't even think of telling me to tell you UK publisher to get you over here...)
