Did the FDO record this while wandering around the Secret Lair of Doom™ or something? There were several places where his voice gets all echo-ey, which I can imagine were the moments he was walking down one of the cavernous sub-terranian hallways or through one of the hundreds of warehouses full of Plaid Tanks™.
