the differences are minor, but significant

iPod Touch does not have

• camera
• phone capability
• GPS
• microphone
• bluetooth earpiece protocol (but other bluetooth functions it does have)

but it still kicks serious butt. I'm in a wifi dead zone at my office, but i just walk down the hall to jump on th enet. Minor inconvenience.
