RE: Large Town?

Well, in my neck of the woods ...

I would consider Oak Ridge, TN (that's right, home of the NUKE) to be a large "town" (not city really, even though that's how they refer to themselves, "City Of Oak Ridge") the "City" measures 89.9 Square Miles but seem more like a town due to the layout, you can drive through it in like 10 minutes at 45mph

Soooo, to answer your question, I would say what you described is a small to medium size town, although population might play a factor in determining the "size" of a town, you know what I mean?
