If you are going to talk about transplant horror...

2008's "Repo! The Genetic Opera."  Organ transplants are bought on credit, but when you can't pay, the Repo Man reposses your organs from your bleeding, screaming body.  And, it's a rock opera. With Anthony Stewart Head. And Paul Sorvino. And Paris Hilton. And Sarah freaking Brightman. It's so off-the-wall bizarre that it's wonderful. Go see it, FDO!

Haven't seen the orginal movie version of Frankenstein, sad to say, but I love the book.
