FridayFix™: Winners of the STARTER Logo Contest!

We here at Dark Øverlord Media are on our way to sci-fi conventions this Memorial Day weekend (the FDO™ and I are on our way to BayCon, while the Build Team of Sadock, Ms. Information & Gmork are at Balticon.) But, since you came all this way, I thought I'd announce the very talented artists who won the STARTER Logo contest. It was a close race for a number of team logos, and we're thrilled to have had so many interpretations to choose from.

Ah ha... AH HA HA...

I am most plaesed. 4 of my 5 finalist logos got the GET. I guess this is what you get when you spend an entire week in front of the computer. That's not including the first week I spend doing sketches. I lost 3 lbs. that last week...

Awesome!!! That's an even better ratio than mine... I submitted for 12 teams and got the go for 4 as well. I was pumping my poor little creative juices for almost three weeks just to get those done... and half of them in the last week. I'd be lying if I didn't say I about peed myself... but in a good way!

Great job everyone! Im sorry to say I was not a winner myself!

I can't wait to see the winners! And I thank the A-team and Scott for letting all of us take a shot at something like this. You guys are gods of the Internet! Encouraging the junkies to find there spot in this wonderful new story telling genre is awesome!

I have never been so hopefull that there is a little niche in the book world for me since I got involved in this site!!
