On Mother's Day, 2011 (that's May 8, you ungrateful childrens!), Dark Øverlord Media kicks out our first eBook-only product -- a short story collection called BLOOD IS RED.

OK - never read an ebook

OK - never read an ebook before, but I thought I'd give this a try. Downloaded the app for my phone and bloody hell I'm a bit addicted now, just to the free classics on there. So thank you and curse you for making me read more!

Loved Earthcore, so I'm definitely getting Blood is Red ASAP. I don't think I'll hold out long on the starter either with podcast piqued curiosity.

What's even more addictive...

...is getting Kindle samples. It's right there, a button to get free parts of books. Very addictive, very time consuming...and very fun.

I'm thinking yes, you won't be able to buy it until the 22nd for $2.99 unless you want to swing amazons way.

I might buy it, but I don't know. I have the ability to strip the DRM and convert it. If it's DRM free I'll buy it no sweat and throw it into my Calibre library
