No Infected in Germany?

I just got back from a local book store where I tried to preorder Infected (yes, I'm late), but I got told that they couldn't order this book for me.
So I just preordered it from Amazon.de
Anyone know why the book isn't available to "normal" german book stores?

I just found out who got the rights to the translation of Infected.
In November there will be a book called "Infiziert" (Infected) published by "Heyne".
So this will be the third Sigler book this year (after Infected and the german Earthcore)
And the Plaid Tanks Roll!

I'm sure there's
plenty of things infected in Germany, mumo was stationed there while in the US Army, so I've heard stories about the red light districts in Germany

I don't think it is available
in the Netherlands either. I ordered it on amazon.com
