Typo on OpenID identities page

On the OpenID identities page of account settings, one instance of "OpenID" lost a capital - "OpenId".

Not something urgent, but you'll probably wanna fix it at some point.

It might be an issue with the OpenID plugin, in that case I will not fix it since the next update will either revert my changes or fix that issue anyway.
