Trying to edit profile

I want to edit my signature, and each time it tells me to verify my user ID and password, which I do, then it tells me I'm not authroized to view the page to edit my profile.....

log out, then log back in again. It should let you do it then.

When i was using the Google Chrome browser, but when i switched to Internet Explorer it worked as normal.

I use Chrome at home and IE & Firefox on computers at work. It does it on all of them.
