Also in the feed manually downloading the files from feedburner the files for Infected start with Nocturnal and a bunch of unique number I'm guessing it's a date time string plus a UID. This effects chapaters 51-67. To replicate go here: http://feeds.feedburner.com/scottsigler scroll down to chapter 64-67 of Infected and right click select save as you'll see the incorrect file name.
