You all forgot about my home-slices: Hugo Chavez, Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Il. However, since Putin has "stepped down" (that's a fucking laugh if I ever heard one, Putsie will never give up the reins), I think it's time to put Robert Mugabe in there. There's nothing quite like killing the other party and completely making a travishamockery of democracy to make your wishes known.
