"1. Take chicken scissors. 2. Slit open skin. 3. Peel back skin. 4. Place pendent under skin, careful not to snag on tendons or such. 5. Replace skin, seek medical attention."

I would totally buy a pair of these chicken scissors!!! Add some personalization to the engraving and this would be the ONLY thing on my Christmas list :)
