Silly story time: A bunch of years ago, i was at a beer festival, partaking of the many delicious north coast brews that were offered. I had a LOT, and was feeling quite good. At the end of the day, Mrs. BigJohn asked how I was doing.

"Oh, I'm drunk," says I. "I can always tell when I'm getting drunk, cuz my impairment gets judged."

I then cocked my head to the side, realizing what i had just said, then fell to the floor in hysterics.

The only word (well, it ended up spawning a family of words that all meant the same thing) I'm aware of that John created actually made things more difficult, not less. Whether a word is fun, cool, or nifty relies upon taste as its criterion so there is no way to evaluate those elements fairly.

All of the lists of common forum abbreviations I found do not have curse words in them. I didn't notice until I went back and looked again. They're just words FFS! It's not like the morality police are going to come and lynch you if you help your fellow humans communicate better. Retards.

So, as you see, the situation is actually not the same at all. The only similarity is that there were unknown two letter initialisms in both instances. The actual circumstances were totally different.

I love gambling with CHs. I plan on running the book for the CH gambling on the Parsecs again this year unless someone else really wants to do it. That was kind of fun even though it ended up being a dead was for me. I know Wolf cleaned up and I think TwoWire won a little. I don't recall how MuchAdo did. It will be interesting to see how many (if any) of the Third Wavers choose to participate.

I'm still stunned no one nominated Kissyman & the Gentleman. Cest la vie, it's too late now. At least I think it is. I'll have to look at the exact date the last episode dropped. It may be eligible in 2011.

I honestly hadn't noticed there was a problem until those same Tweeting CBBCers brought it up (Thanks Bangers... you know who you are)... and then of course i was beside myself.  

Being sensitive to identified issues, I opened my logo and found the issue (not to self: when creating logos from Adobe Illustrator, make sure you open them in Photoshop and check to make sure there isn't an artifact white space).

Thanks for bringing it to our attention... hopefully they are good now... and we'll make sure any new members have the properly sized badges...

Badges? Badges? We don't need no stinking badges! But I digress...
