It was the Rookie. I was well aware of Scott, but I'd never really listened to any podcasts (I know, weird, huh), but with my new job, I can basically listen to MP3s all day long and no-one cares, so instead of music, it's podcasts all day for me. :) 

I heard the Rookie Promo on Mur's site, and I was seeing the "buy the book, get $3 off" promos everywhere, so I decided to listen to it...depite the fact that I know *nothing* about football,  and don't really like it. At all. I ended up really digging it though. 

Infected next (and how can you not love Infected?), Earthcore (fscking rocks!), Nocturnal (holy crap, I'm staying away from San Francisco), Ancestor (probably inciting the FDO's wrath, but found it hosted on another website, and given my study background - I'm a trained biotechnologist, it was the one I really wanted to listen to), Contagious (the end...holy crap), then Bloodcast and all the sundry stuff.

We have a lot of lurkers.  The majority of our 6000 brothers and sisters are just there.  I know I was a lurker for a long time until I decided to join this brave new world.

that's really cool you can listen to podcasts all day instead of music at work.  i just started EARTHCORE and really, really like a lot.  CONTAGIOUS is really a roller coaster, & i miss Perry & Dew.  ANCESTOR, i for one am in favor of high power hunting rifles now. INFECTED kitchen scissors give me the heebie jeebies.  once i'm done with EARTHCORE it's on to the BLOODCAST and then THE ROOKIE, b/c by then it'll be closer to football season.  well welcome again cracking on here pays off, no doubt.
