the idea is that only one person welcomes them.  Otherwise the thread would be clogged with 6000 junkies all giving the same welcome to the same junkies.  That would get a bet overwhelming.  That's why there is always a race to be the first to welcome someone.  I just figured you would eventually figure that out and you have!  And there are no new tricks, believe me just about everything has been tried several times.  So Knock it OFF!
