It’s always awesome when I see posts about folks buying extra copies just to donate to their local library. I’m guessing that’s what happened here.
I missed this when it was originally posted. Hard to believe they’d have Sigler and no Orson Scott Card. There’s definitely a Junkie Pusher working in that town.

There’s this tiny, underprovisioned library in DC that has barely anything. I went there recently–as I said, they didn’t have much. Their scifi section didn’t even have Orson Scott Card or Neil Stephenson. But, to my surprise and delight, they did have a certain Future Dark Overlord:
