Are You Ready For some Football '13
Dammit, Lundy, where you at, son?
We earned some shit talking in this thread. 😉
Sooooo…I’m gonna go ahead and say I called this one.
Seahawks are World Champs. End of story.
Of course. I’m in the heart of Donkey country; you think I’m not getting hit with these things? 😉
While I’m sure my courage was heavily influenced by the amount of libations I had on the day, I was never really concerned, (though I may have shat a full cob of corn when Kap put up that last pass as I thought Sherm had overrun it,).
Going to be a hell of a game in two weeks.
I thought the Niners were gonna take it there for a minute.
Really? None of you pansies watch football when I’m not around?
For shame. SHAME!!
6-1. First time in franchise history.
PLENTY of time to heal for the Lambs come Monday night.
7-1 in sight?
Damn, if feels good to be a Hawks fan.
Bears – 2nd quarter – really? Bad day for them! BUT a loss by 8 is a bit more respectable than a loss by twenty freaking four! Sheesh! They played so poorly! Ya play bad, you deserve to lose! Well it’s over, took a beating, on to next week! 🙁 x
ARE YOU FUCKIN’ KIDDING ME??!?!? Down 20-3, one of the best D lineman out on a slab, nothing working on offense and yet the Hawks STILL win on the road!!!
Who wants to play this team right now? Who??
Bears 3-0 ….
It got ugly there for awhile.
A win is a win, I guess.
Seahawks are 3-0.
Niner’s are 1-2.
Ain’t that some shit?
DAAAAAAA BEARS!!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!
Oh, and GO WHITE SOX!!!!!!! 😉
You know, John, I say this with all due respect, but…
Fuck you AND the Niners. 😛
I do have a soft spot for the Cubs, though. Wrigley is an amazing ballpark.
@BigJohn I knew you were good people sir! I mean besides being a Junkie! I agree! CUBS! I love our little losers! Hope springs eternal! I can’t hear Take Me Out To The Ball Game without hearing Harry Caray’s voice in my head! LOL Bears, Cubs, Hawks, Bulls! Great teams! Enjoy your football game! x
@twainy Niners and Bears for me. But I don’t get to see too many Bears games. I was born in Chicagoland, so my heart is still there, even though I’m out in California. Bears, Bull, Blackhawks and CUBS. Yes, CUBS, @belladonna420. I’ve got my championships with the other teams, just waiting for my Cubs to come around. (Cubs and Giants fan. My Giants are doing me good so far).
Niners vs. Seacocks tomorrow. Should be a GREAT game.
HEE!!!! “F sock” … I expand my vocabulary every time I show up here. x
HEE HEE HEE are you a superfan or is there a different @BigJohn team 🙂 … DAAAA BEARRRRRRSS x
I for sure will be there early enough to catch the Thursday night game. Hopefully this time they’ll have a Satellite signal. And the fucking Irish pub will have Guinness on tap.
As long as they’re not the instigators, I’m ok with this; it helps keep the riff-raff down.
Playful banter is one thing, but there’s no need to be a dick to someone watching the game.
I had to fight every instinct in my body not to chokeslam some little fuck-sock last time I saw the Hawks play the Broncos here in Denver as he was far too drunk, security did nothing, and he didn’t shut up the ENTIRE game.
Hey @athanas, did you see this?
Fargin sneaky bastages!
Agree with Bella. Bears win, Packers lose, ok start. Who had their big screens tuned to the game, with heir fantasy FB on their laptop on the coffee table & a secondary TV set up next to the Football screen playing xBox? Standard set-up? x
Man…as ugly as that looked, Danger Mouse still put up 320 in the air.
Can’t wait for the motherfucker of a game with the Whiners next week.
Get there early enough and you can catch the Thursday Night game.
I wish I could hang out with the Junkies and watch football on Sunday, but alas and alack, I bug out early.
I don’t know what to expect from the Bears this season but I agree with @BigJohn. MORE FOOOOTBAAALL!!!
Now it’s time for the Hawks to really kick some ass.
Have you already accepted the ass-whippin’ the Donkeys are going to take next Saturday? 😀
Wasn’t thinking about it too much till my fantasy commish pinged everyone recently. Time, once again, for the Sky Demolition to rule the gridiron !
And they finally have a team that makes other teams more than a wee bit concerned when they see them coming up on the schedule.
