I only know what the custom ones I buy online normally cost. Generally about $5, including S+H. Maybe supplies go WAY up when you purchase small quantities. No idea. Hell, the shirts we did over at Zazzle are close to double what I was able to get done locally. Go figure.
I'm sure you wouldn't try and make a profit off the Siglerisimo's intellectual property. You're an OJ; you know how the whole making custom merchandise thing works.
