If the winner take all side of things is putting anyone off we could up the buy in to $15 and do krakens polos or other swag for 2nd and third place.

Plus there is the bragging rights (and possibly an signature banner) to being the Planet or Solar division champion of 2010!!

There is already a GFL Fantasy football league that has run for the last two years but I'm sure a second one would be fine.  You can count me in (I won the past two years in  the other league) depending upon what the rules are.

I imagine we could put up fantasy league standings in the sidebars during the season. I'll have to look into how we could do that (later, like in late September), and if there's a way to do it that doesn't require me going in each week. Would be very cool to see the leagues in action.

Standard ESPN rules and team rosters

10 team league

Name your team after your tier 1 favorite (first in first served)

The draft is a snake draft held online on Sun. Sept 5th 2010 at 9.00 PM E.T.

Draft order is chosen at random an hour before the draft (per ESPN defaults)

The league is Leaderboard eligible so you will be able to see your standing per the ESPN site.

Any other Questions are either on  the ESPN site or you can ask me by PM or on the forum.

Buyins will be held in a paypal account and be used to buy the jersy per the winners specifications at the end of the season.

The only thing I object to is the draft time-- very biased against those overseas... just saying I'm not going to be up at 2am for a draft.

No promises but it is always better to be able to have all managers present IMO

Please don't change it to Aug 28th as I am in 4 other leagues with drafts on that day.  I have no other time available on Aug 28th.

The date will only change if if doesn't screw with anyone else. Anyone joining at this point knows when the draft is set for when they sign up. However if it works for all I don't  mind accomodating the out of towners.

Though by the sounds of it maybe the rest of us could use you having some sort of handicap?? :P
