So, I'm a wee bit confused (shocking, I know).
I had it in my head that the team that made it from Tier 2 down to Tier 1 was exempt from getting bounced back to Tier 2 their first year in the big leagues, but it appears that it's not being promoted that way in press for The Starter.
Is my head up on my arse on this one?
