I came to the party late in the day. I heard about the FDO & Contagious from EscapePod. Quickly obtained and read Infected, but  I didn't order The Rookie until late September.

Love it though!

Is my book number will be a lower one for the Starter...

I've brought Earthcore 2005 edition, Ancestor Old Skool, Ancestor UK PB edition, Contagious Uk adition, Infected Uk Edition and Infected US HB edition all during December.. I've got to build up a bit more cash. I'll take a pic and post it a bit later on. I'm a happy girl.

If you use the Priority Mail International Flat Rate Video Box (tight fit length wise), it costs $13-14 depending on whether you buy online or at the post office. Otherwise you're looking at $30-50. I didn't look at any other carriers.

Amazon shipping is quite expensive to get a book shipped to the UK but not the only extra cost. There's the exchange rate as well, which puts the cost of the books up as well, i think for the crown books it made them at least 1/3 more expensive if not more.

But the FDO shipping cost is a lot better as i dont think it cost any more to get the GFL books sent over
