Finally got to listen to episode 1 today.   When I read the MVP I never pictured Bumberpuff's phrasings to mirror those of Captain Kirk, but I've got to say I love it.

Now I'm going back through all my old Star Trek episodes to see if there was ever a time that Spock started calling Kirk "Cappy"
